We had a great 4th of July week! Our family friends from Ft. Lauderdale, the Wagners, came in town to visit. This has been a tradition for years. They used to stop in Huntsville and now Birmingham to visit on their way up to Ohio to visit family. We did the usual lounging around, making good meals and this year we visited Talladega!! It was actually pretty interesting.
We had them over for lunch one day and I took a picture of the table. Those hydrangeas and the magnolia leaves are from my yard and I am so proud of them! Here are a few pics of the bushes as well. Some of these are actually the centerpieces from Allison's baby shower, hence the blue and pink varieties. They were so pretty we planted them in the ground and they are doing great!
